We believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
All returns must be authorised by Beko-Spares prior to return.

A returns number will be issued together with address and instructions for the return of the Goods. Please note that goods must be returned in the condition they were sent out and with the original packaging.
NB: Shaver spares will not be refunded, should the packaging be opened.
Goods that have been ordered wrongly may incur a handling charge by our suppliers ( up to 50% ) should this be the case and if it was due to customer error, Beko-Spares.co.uk reserve the right to pass on such handling charges.
Any original postage and packaging costs will be deducted from refunds paid.
A handling charge of up to 50% may also be levied should the customer change their mind once notification of despatch has occurred. Any returns cost will also be borne by the customer.

Please note it may be necessary to levy a surcharge for delivery of parts depending on area, weight and size, should such occasion arise, a full refund will be offered should you not wish to pay the surcharge.
All goods supplied by Beko-Spares Limited are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). Except where such goods require to be fitted internally, in which case the goods shall be guaranteed for three months from delivery (provided they have been fitted by a qualified electrician or Gas Safe registered engineer for gas parts.) This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by Beko-Spares Limited, failure to follow Beko-Spares Limited instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without Beko-Spares Limited approval. If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify Beko-Spares Limited in writing, as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.
Please note due to continuous product development parts supplied may not be as per photograph displayed, but will be as near as possible to original. Any returns cost will also be borne by the customer should they chose not to accept alternative supplied and a handling charge may be applied.
